About

One team for the whole job.

Bridge Vision Solutions exists because of a gap that keeps costing small businesses money: the website is one supplier's problem, the follow-up is somebody else's, and the handover between them belongs to nobody. That is precisely where enquiries go missing.

So we do both. The site that gets found and the system that catches what it produces are built by the same people, which means when a lead goes cold there is one place to look and one person accountable for it.

Founder

Kyle Mangena started Bridge Vision Solutions after watching the same thing happen too many times: a business owner doing good work, paying for a website that nobody could find, and losing the few enquiries it did produce to a phone that rang out on a Tuesday afternoon.

The approach is deliberately unglamorous. Find where the leak actually is before proposing anything. Build the smallest thing that closes it. Automate only what a person would otherwise forget to do, and leave the rest alone. Most businesses do not need more software — they need the three or four things they already own to be joined up and switched on.

We will not sell you something you do not need. If the site is fine and the problem is somewhere else, that is what you will hear, and you will hear it before there is an invoice rather than after. If we are not the right fit for what you are trying to do, we will say so on the first call.

Price follows scope, and nothing else. You have the figure before anything starts, and it moves only if you ask for something new — in which case you hear the new figure before the work happens, not on the invoice at the end of it.

And we stay reachable after launch. If something needs looking at, or you want a second opinion before you act on something, you have someone who already knows your setup — whichever package you are on.

How we work

Five steps, and what you have to do.

Every step lists what happens and what is needed from you, because the honest constraint on most projects is not our capacity — it is how quickly answers come back.

01

Diagnose

A thirty-minute call and a look at what you already have: rankings, the Google Business Profile, page speed, where enquiries currently land, and what happens to them after they land. We come back with where the leak is and what it is plausibly costing, before anything is quoted.

What you do — one call, and honest answers about what happens when the phone rings and nobody is free.

02

Build

The site gets built: structure, the pages for the services you actually want more of, the copy written by us for you to correct, speed work, and the technical SEO that has to be right at the start because it is expensive to retrofit.

What you do — the specifics only you know, one round of corrections on the copy, and a decision on anything we flag. Usually a couple of hours in total, spread out.

03

Wire up

The automations go in behind the site: the business line and missed-call text-back, the follow-up sequences, review requests, and every channel routed into one inbox. Each one is tested with a real message before it goes live, not assumed to work.

What you do — approve the wording that goes out in your name, and tell us who should be answering what.

04

Launch

The domain is pointed, certificates and redirects are checked so existing rankings are not thrown away, tracking is confirmed to be recording real enquiries, and we watch it closely for the first fortnight when problems actually surface.

What you do — tell us about anything unusual: a second domain, an old booking system, a number printed on a van.

05

Compound

The part that actually decides the outcome. Content added where the searches are, reviews accumulating, sequences adjusted against what people reply to, and — where the tier includes it — paid search layered on once the foundation is carrying its weight.

What you do — a short monthly conversation, and tell us when the work you want changes.

In their words

What the last four said.

Every quote below is from a named owner of a real business we have delivered for. Any figure in them is their own statement, given as written — we have not added a number of our own anywhere on this site.

“Bridge Vision built us a website that actually converts. Our online inquiries tripled in the first month.”
James O’Connor Owner, Gas Giants
“Our site was costing us business. Bridge Vision redesigned everything, and we went from two leads a week to fifteen. Game changer.”
Sarah Mitchell Owner, Harbour Dental
“We needed a website rebuilt fast. They delivered a modern mobile-first site and provided training on how to manage it. Professional and helpful throughout.”
Robert Keller Owner, Ezy Plumbing
“We weren’t ranking on Google. Now we’re top three locally. Beginner piano classes are fully booked six months out. Had to hire more teachers because Bridge brought so many quality leads. What a great problem to have.”
Lisa Wong Owner, Crescendo Music Academy
