Packages
Each one contains the last. Essential is a complete, working thing on its own — not a stripped tier built to push you upward.
“You exist, properly, and it loads fast.”
“The site works, and nothing that comes in gets dropped.”
“We stop waiting for the market to find you.”
Pricing depends on scope, so it is quoted rather than listed. The call is thirty minutes and there is no obligation.

Which one is right
If one of these sounds like your week, start there. If none of them do, the call will sort it out faster than this page will.
You answer your own phone, and you answer it fast.
You are reachable. Somebody picks up, quotes go out the same day, and you follow up because you always have. What you do not have is a site that anyone finds, or one you are not slightly embarrassed to send a link to.
Fix the front door first. Adding automation to a business that already answers well is spending money on a problem you do not have.
The work is coming in and some of it is going missing.
You are busy enough that the phone rings while you are working, and honest enough to admit you do not always call back. Quotes go out and then nothing happens to them. You know there are jobs you lost by silence rather than by price.
This is the common case, and it is why this tier is the one most people take. The site gets fixed and the leaks get closed at the same time.
Nothing is broken. There is just not enough of it.
You rank, you answer, you follow up, and you still have capacity. The constraint is not conversion any more — it is volume. You want more people entering at the top rather than a better rate on the ones already there.
Now paid search and outbound make sense, because everything downstream of them already works.
Questions
Asked before the call, usually in this order.
Build work is quoted as a project. Anything ongoing — hosting, maintenance, the automations, ad management — runs month to month with a notice period agreed in writing before you start. You will not find a multi-year term hidden in a schedule.
It depends almost entirely on how fast content and approvals come back, which is the part we do not control. We give you a dated schedule at kickoff with your deadlines on it as well as ours, and we tell you as soon as something slips rather than at the end.
The website itself. The design and the content written for you are yours, and we will hand you an export of the site if you ask for one. The domain, the hosting and the automation platforms are part of the service rather than something you buy outright, so those stay with us. We would rather set that out here than have it come as a surprise later.
You take the site. We give you an export of it so it can be rebuilt or hosted elsewhere, and we stay reachable while you move. What does not come with you is the domain, the hosting and the automations — those are part of the service, so access to them ends when the service does. It is worth weighing that up before you start rather than after.
We do. It is registered and managed by us as part of the service, and it does not transfer if you stop working with us. If you already own a domain, or you want one held in your own name, raise it on the first call — it changes how the setup is arranged and it is much easier to agree at the start than to unpick later.
No. We write it and you correct it, which is a much better use of your time than staring at an empty page. What we need from you is the specifics — the services you actually sell, the jobs you want more of, the ones you want fewer of, and how you talk to customers. Usually one conversation and a few voice notes.
Because the honest answer is that it depends on scope, and a number here would either be wrong or so hedged it told you nothing. The call is thirty minutes, it ends with a figure, and there is no obligation attached to it.
